TNS Technology

TNS Technology - Tire Noise Silencing Technology, "TNS" is the abbreviation for "Tire Noise Silencer".

Noise is caused when the internal air flows along the grooves during the rolling of the tire. Similar to the principle of the "Numholtz Resonator" and the structure in a gun muffler, the patented-muffler block structure and the pattern groove wall form together with the ground a plurality of chambers similar to the structures in a gun muffler. The air in the silencing chamber generates an air flow and when the high-speed air flow meets the silencing block, it generates a reverse vortex, breaking the noise resonance, thereby reducing the pumping noise.

The technical structure has been protected through the National Patent Technology Authority.

VDF Technology

VDF Indicator Technology - "VDF" is the abbreviation of "Visual Depth Fading"

As tire treads wear grooves become shallower, the performance of the tire inevitably degrades.

This technology realizes a more accurate and intuitive observation of the tire groove depth through a petal-like structure.

It is suitable for all types of tire treads and the snowflake structure is particularly suitable for snow tires.

The technical structure has been protected through the National Patent Technology Authority.

SWI Technology

SWI Technology- Step Visual Wear Indicator Technology, "SWI" is the abbreviation of "Step-like Wear Indicator".

As tire treads wear grooves become shallower, the performance of the tire inevitably degrades.

This technology allows the tire wear status to be observed more precisely and intuitively and it is suitable for all types of tire treads.

The technical structure has been protected through the National Patent Technology Authority.
